Patricia Solberg

Patricia Solberg, 79, of Fargo, ND and formerly of Aneta, ND, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Essentia Health Center in Fargo, ND surrounded by loving family. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 2:30p.m. at Community Church in Aneta, ND.

She was born on March 17, 1936 in Waukesha, Wisconsin to Vernon & Iris Van Kirk. On September 27, 1964, she married Marvin Solberg. She had a daughter from her first marriage and a son from a previous relationship and raised three more boys with Marvin.

Pat ran the café in Aneta, North Dakota for 10 years and then worked at the Good Samaritan Center as a cook and a housekeeper until she retired. She was active in her church and always had time for her friends and family.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Marvin; daughter, Anne (Mike) Lee of Northwood, ND; sons: Scott Rawson of Baraboo, WI; David (Lenor) of Hillsboro, OR; Eric (Linda) of Newberg, OR; and Glenn of Fargo, ND; 4 granddaughters, 3 grandsons and 3 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, mother, 3 sisters, 2 brothers, a dog named Rusty and all others who have gone before.
