Kippy was a such a good guy! We were neighbors for a couple years when we lived in the duplex on Washington Ave in Hatton. Once when we went on vacation he water and fed out pets while we gone. Another time we got a flat tire on hwy 18 and Kippy came to our rescue. I'll always his infectious smile and kindness.
