Jane Maynard

Jane Maynard, 66, of rural Northwood, North Dakota died Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

Memorial Services will be at 2:00 pm, Sunday, October 26,2008 at West Union Lutheran Church of rural Northwood.

Jane Angeny was born February 28, 1942 at Carthage, Missouri the daughter of Ferdinand G. and Katherine D. (Carter) Angeny. As a young girl she moved with her family to Mesa, Arizona where she was raised and educated graduating from Mesa High School in 1961. She then made her home in Mesa. In 1980 she was united in marriage to Kenneth Maynard in Mesa. They made their home there for many years before moving to Sequin, Washington in 1989. In 1999 they moved to a farm near Northwood, North Dakota.
She was a member of West Union Lutheran Church. Jane enjoyed reading and quilting and belonged to the Quilt Stitchers in Larimore.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Sherry Matheson of Flagstaff, Arizona; step-children, Beth Ann Maynard of Corning, Arkansas and Ken Maynard of Phoenix, Arizona; grandson, Brian and brother, Robert Angeny of Moscow, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Diane Charlie.

The Bilden Funeral Home of Northwood is assisting the family with arrangements.
