Harold Ramstad

Harold Ramstad, 88, of Finley, ND, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2012 at the Northwood Deaconess Health Center in Northwood, ND. Memorial Services will be held Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 1:30pm at the Northwood Deaconess Health Center Chapel. Visitation will be held from 1:00pm to the time of the service.
Harold was born February 2, 1923 in Westfield Township to Ole and Ruth Ramstad. He attended grade school at Westfield Township and graduated from Sharon High School. In 1959, Harold started farming and continued until his retirement in 1991. On January 11, 1962, Harold married Betty Amundson. He enjoyed carpentry and building things. Harold and Betty moved to Finley in 2009.
Harold is survived by his wife: Betty; sister; Marlene Pearson of Fargo, ND; brother Elmore (Ethel) Ramstad of Grand Forks, ND; and many nieces and nephews.
Harold is preceded in death by his parents; sister: Adrienne Ramstad; and brother: Orrel Ramstad.
