Gerald Christen

Gerald Christen, 67, of Northwood, ND passed away Monday, October 6, 2014 at his home in Northwood. Honoring his wishes, there will be no funeral. Family and friends are invited to a casual "open house/luncheon" on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 2:30 to 4:00pm at Northwood Evangelical Lutheran Church in Northwood.

A quiet, honorable man, Gerald provided well for his family, had a kind heart and was always ready to be of help.

Gerald is survived by his wife, Marie; sons: Jessy, Jordon and Joshua, all of Grand Forks, ND; sister, Julie (Rob) Smith, Clearlake, MN; sister-in-law, Sandy Christen, Red Mountain/Homer, Alaska; niece and nephews, Janna Christen, Scott Smith and Todd Smith.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Melvin and Julie Christen; and brother, Gregory Christen.
