Brian Wall

Brian "Zeke" Wall, 67, of Northwood, ND, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at his home in Northwood. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Ebenezer Free Lutheran Church in Northwood. A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2024, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a 7:00 p.m. prayer service at the Bilden-Askew Funeral Home in Northwood.

He was born to Peter and Edith Wall on December 29, 1956 in Grand Forks, ND. Brian graduated from Northwood High School in 1975.

Brian’s life work was based in agriculture. He farmed and spent some time trucking before employment with Agri Sales and then ended his career at Northwood Equity Elevator.

Brian was a master storyteller and conversationalist; some even would say fluent in fibs. He was a loving and outgoing man. Loved by everyone. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was passionate about fishing and loved spending time with Brandon, Jill, and lifetime best friend, Jeff, catching walleyes. He loved spending time with his family, grandchildren, and friends. Most recently after retirement enjoyed his place at the lake.

He will be remembered and forever missed by his son, Brandon (Tess) Wall; fiancé, Jill Kroke; her children Hannah (BJ) Hangsleben, Collin Kroke;  grandchildren: Hudson and Paisley Wall, Carter and Cora Hangsleben; sisters, Barb Hillebrand and Sandy (Steve) Smallbeck; sister-in-law, Mary Wall; In-laws, Lois Peterson, Teri (Ross) Lonergan, Paula (Brendt) Ostlie, Paul (Wendy) Peterson and many nieces and nephews.
