Bonnie Merring

Bonnie Merring, 62, of Hatton, ND passed away Friday, September 26, 2014 at Hatton Prairie Village in Hatton. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 10:30am at St. John Lutheran Church in Hatton. A visitation will be held one hour before the service at the church.
Bonnie Lee was born August 5, 1952 in Northwood, ND to Robert and Darlene (Brenden) Lee. She grew up in Hatton and attended Hatton High School. After high school, Bonnie attended Aakers Business College in Grand Forks, ND. In March of 1972, Bonnie married Thomas Merring in Grand Forks. In 2006, Bonnie moved back to Hatton where she worked at the Hatton Store. She loved plants, gardening and arts and crafts.
Survivors include her brothers: Donn (Jayne), Grand Forks, ND, Richard (Kathy), Fargo, ND, David (Julie), Apple Valley, MN; ex-husband Thomas Merring, Bellvue, NE; She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and her cat CeCe.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Panwalkar and staff at the Roger Maris Cancer Center for their friendship and care.
